Our Policy does not govern the privacy of your PII with respect to any information that we may collect offline and/or through other means, including but not limited to via telephone, Zoom, or in person.

We reserve the right to use Google AdSense Advertising on our Websites and to implement remarking with Google AdSense and Google Display Network Impression Reporting.

We along with third party vendors, such as Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions, and other ad service functions as they relate to our Websites. We do not include or offer third party products or services on our Materials.

We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage that results to you or another person from any handling or mishandling of your PII, including through negligence, by us or by third parties.

Any person may access our Materials. As such, when allowed by your internet browser, we reserve the right to use cookies with any person accessing our Websites. However, we do not knowingly collect additional PII from persons under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age and you wish to provide PII to us, please obtain the consent of a parent or guardian. If you have not obtained such consent before voluntarily providing personal information to us, we will delete that information upon becoming aware of its collection.

We fully endorse and comply with the requirements of Canada’s anti-spam legislation, the CAN-SPAM Act, and all other applicable unsolicited commercial email laws.
