SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you kindly for your intent to purchase at Illumine.

We ship primarily within Canada but can ship to other countries via special request. Please contact us if you would like to ship the product to a country outside of Canada.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Note that, due to changing world situations, there may be a delay in shipping that is no within our control. Depending on your country, duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery. You are responsible to pay these duties and taxes to release your order from customs. If you have any questions, your local customs office can assist you best. If you refuse to pay duties or taxes, the shipping carrier will send the order back to our office and we will refund your order deducted by duties and taxes we pay upon arrival at our office and a processing fee of 50$ Canadian.

SHIPPING PACKAGE ARRIVAL TIME

All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving the order. This is part of our slow movement commitment to less rush and urgency in the world. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

We use Canada Post for orders within Canada. Allow between 5-7 business days for your order to arrive in Canada. Note that internationally, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed. If more than 14 days have passed please contact us using the contact form to review the status of your order. When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS AFTER SHIPPING

Once your items are shipped, we cannot be liable if they are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us for more information.
