With respect to refunds, there are no refunds offered on any of our services or materials and products. Payment is due in full at the time of your order. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available. Online programs are non-transferable. Event tickets are transferable to another person for the same event the ticket was purchased, and if the ticket is purchased, the new ticket holder must submit personal information including name, email address, and phone number prior to attending the event. Event tickets may not be transferable to a future event.


Scents: Perfume, essential oil, and mist items

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items from our perfume, essential oil, and mist lines are not eligible for a refund. As these items are made with great consciousness for the environment, we consider the cost of shipping to be an environmental cost, so please be sure that the product is something that you would like to own before you decide to have the shipping materials be involved in its transfer to your care. In addition, in order to know the product, it is necessary to open the product which then makes it no longer transferable to another customer and could lead to unnecessary waste. In addition, our products are created in limited quantities, so returning an opened product means that someone else now can not access the product. As the scents are made from perishable substances, the time it takes to send, receive, and then return a scent degrades its quality. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. If you are unsure of the product, we encourage you to visit one of the locations where it is sold to sample the scent.


Booklets

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, our booklets are not eligible for a refund as they contain specific programming that is not available for free. We provide your digital booklets in Microsoft Word format or PDF. We cannot otherwise guarantee the compatibility of files with your systems or that documents will retain their original formatting features. We may keep electronic or paper copies of documents indefinitely.

All requests that are reasonable, respectful, and relevant to Illumine products and services as intended solely for information and inspiration, will be considered and replied to within four weeks time where possible. We reserve the right to take longer to respond to emails when situations arise that prevent response to email requests.
