Practice Meditation

The Illumine Core Star Practice Meditation is the third meditation in a series of ten meditations designed to connect you to a sense of your inner being. As the third meditation to the series, this meditation is designed to be played daily to develop your meditation practice. After you have learned in the introductory two meditations how to relax, center in a positive emotion and then focus on your inner light, this meditation brings you quickly to the main focus of the practice.

Koshi chimes are a soundscape created by bamboo chimes handmade at the foot of the Pyrenees mountains. The chimes have unique overtones, that, when you listen carefully, sound like a woman’s voice softly singing. In this meditation, the Koshi chimes are played minimally during the meditation to help the mind remember the longer practice in the introductory meditations. You may also imagine the sound breaking up any left over emotion in the heart or distracting thoughts in the mind to purify these aspects of your physical being.
