The Illumine Core Star Meditation with Minimal Koshi Chimes is the second in a series of ten meditations designed to connect you to a sense of your inner being. As the second meditation to the series, this meditation is designed to improve your focus as you being to practice the ILLUMINE® style of entering into an alpha brainwave state. In this meditation, there is less time spent on relaxing the physical body and more focus on the inner state that you are learning to cultivate. As with the introductory meditation, you center in a positive emotion and then illumine this altered state with a focus on the inner light of your eternal being.

Koshi chimes are a soundscape created by bamboo chimes handmade at the foot of the Pyrenees mountains. The chimes have unique overtones, that, when you listen carefully, sound like a woman’s voice softly singing. As the chimes are played actively and for a longer period of time, the short overtones begin to develop a circular tone useful for deepening your meditation.

In this meditation, the Koshi chimes are played minimally at intermittent times throughout entire meditation to softly enhance your alpha brainwave state. Different than the introductory meditation, the sound in this meditation is designed to gently enhance and provide a background tone so that your focus is honed with more skill.
